My Approach
Hello, I‘m Martha and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). In a world that pushes you to keep going, fixing, and performing, I offer a different path: a space to pause, reflect, and be real. Here, you don’t need to have the answers. It’s a place where your thoughts and emotions can surface without judgement or urgency. I believe meaningful change begins when we stop running and start turning inward with honesty and intention.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and identity concerns. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who you are or where you’re headed, I offer a space to explore with curiosity and care.
Grounded in a psychodynamic and relational approach, I pay close attention to patterns in your emotions, relationships, and history. This helps uncover what may be happening beneath the surface. Rather than jumping to offer solutions, I focus on being fully present with you to allow space for reflection, insight, and emotional growth.
I see therapy as a collaborative and transformative process. It’s not about fixing—it’s about understanding and reconnecting with yourself. If you’re looking for a reflective space to explore what’s been weighing on you, I would be honoured to walk alongside you.

My Story
My path to becoming a psychotherapist was shaped by my own experience in therapy. I couldn’t do this work—holding space for others and walking alongside them—without having first done that work myself. Therapy helped me heal from trauma, connect more deeply with others, and live more authentically.
The most meaningful outcome of my own therapy was learning to believe that I am enough as I am. Not something to chase or prove, just something to know and live from. That shift changed everything for me.
You don’t have to navigate your challenges alone. I offer a grounded, compassionate presence and a space where you can explore what “enough” looks like for you. Let’s start there.
